What data Rosario Nocera collects and how
When you purchase a font from my catalog, when you write us by using the Contact form, when you signup to our mailing list, we collect some of your personal data. Third party services we use in this regard are listed below.

1) Fastspring

My fonts are sold by Fastspring. The whole payment process is entirely handled by FastSpring and we do not collect and do not store your credit card information. Regardless of the payment method that you choose at the Fastspring Storefront, we have no access to any information regarding your payment account. We do not collect, retain or use your payment data as they do not pass through our website.

When you place an order on Fastspring, you accept their Privacy Policy and Terms of Sale. We adhere to the Terms of Service of Fastspring. After an order has been fully processed, Fastspring provides us the following information collected during checkout: full name, email address, purchased products, amount spent and country. Such information are used to send you the download link/s, to track your order for future updates or in case you lose your product (hard drive crash, link expiry etc.) and in case a fresh download link of an already purchased product is requested. None of those information is shared with third parties.

According to FastSpring Terms of Service, your purchasing history is kept and stored.

2) Newsletter signup

3) Contact form

The contact form is meant to be used for general questions, downloads, doubts, professional collaboration requests, or any other aspect or question described in the field “Subject”. When you write us by using our contact form, our Contact Form provider collects your personal data as specified in their Privacy Policy. We only have access to the following data: name and e-mail.

YouTube

Our website uses plugins from YouTube, which is operated by Google. The operator of the pages is YouTube LLC, 901 Cherry Ave., San Bruno, CA 94066, USA.

If you visit one of our pages featuring a YouTube plugin, a connection to the YouTube servers is established. Here the YouTube server is informed about which of our pages you have visited.

For uniform representation of fonts, this page uses web fonts provided by Google. When you open a page, your browser loads the required web fonts into your browser cache to display texts and fonts correctly.
